Kevin Burke, J.D. manages and oversees our Transactions, TC’s and file compliance.  Kevin is an experienced Broker and Court Certified Standard of Care Expert Witness (Duties of Inspection and Disclosure, Market Conditions in San Diego County) with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry doing trainings at College and Brokerage levels. Strong real estate professional skilled in Negotiation, Sales, New Home Sales, and Leases! Assisting Brokers and Teams in back office support, writing offers, writing listings, handling file management, etc.! 

Kevin holds a Juris Doctorate and received the American Jurisprudence Award in law school. Kevin has considerable trial experience testifying as an Expert Witness on the Standard of Care of Real Estate Agents, as well as Disclosure obligations of Sellers and Agents in real estate transactions.

Kevin is currently the Immediate Past President of the Greater San Diego Association of REALTORS®, the seventh largest local real estate association in the United States! Kevin is also on the Executive Committee for the California Association of REALTORS, as well as the Chair of the SDMLS Rule Committee. He has held positions as President of the North San Diego County Association of REALTORS®, Chair of the SANDICOR Advisory Committee, Chairman of the Board of the Del Mar Regional Chamber of Commerce! Kevin has served on the California Association of REALTORS® Legal Affairs Forum, the Risk Management & Consumer Protection Forum, as well as being the Vice Chair of the Risk Management Committee for the Greater San Diego Association of REALTORS®!

A Real Estate Licensee since 1979, Kevin teaches almost every tool of the industry needed by new, and veteran, REALTORS® (including ZipForms®, RELAY®, Agent Essentials, etc.)! Kevin also teaches Real Property Law (MCLE Continuing Education for Attorneys), and has taught Real Estate Practice, Sales & Marketing for the Real Estate Professional, Legal Aspects of Real Estate, Real Estate Principles, and Property Management at various Colleges throughout California!

Kevin created and was the Master of Ceremonies for the largest REALTOR® Networking Pitch Session (bringing Brokers/Salespersons together) for the Greater San Diego Association of REALTORS® in Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar, Carmel Valley, Solana Beach & San Diego for over seventeen years!
